Aliens, UFOs & Supernatural Phenomena

A very specific region of the soul/mind/brain connection works in conjunction with other beings of your kind to create a seemingly reasonable proximity of a conceptual reality. Yet the universe in which you are physically and psychologically immersed at this time is really so vast, even on the apparent singular planet that you seem to be on in the physical body, that without this consensus and this constant intra telepathic communication, you would never agree on anything. Without that agreement then there could be no progress and there could be no gains, so you have certain codes of consciousness. These are patterns of archetypal interrelationships that all living forms must, in one way or another, reflect, while identified with the physical universal continuum, and in particular that continuum perceivable by the physical sensory apparatus of the physical form. Yet, all in all, still it is indeed a psychological correlation, corroboration, and creation, a projection, indeed, from within.

You can travel the world and not learn a thing. You can take every course available and not learn a thing because learning is a state of mind, not a state of experience but the way that experience is intercepted and digested and made sense of. In the same way, through the consensual racial mind, you all decide to share certain things in common for the experience of, indeed, the game, though it is indeed a game with a purpose, a dynamic, immense and powerful purpose so huge and so vast it would literally blow a conscious mind apart to try to conceive it. So in physical realities you deal with units or chunks of information as a psychic shorthand.

Just as there are physical beings in your world, obviously then, common sense would say there must indeed be nonphysical beings equally in the world you inhabit and in worlds that inhabit the world you inhabit. This is not just common sense, however, but the way things literally are. There are shadow beings with genes, genetic mechanisms of different levels of density, some perceivable to the physical form and many only perceivable to the psychogenic form, the psychic form, to the psychic mind. Many occult technologies and metaphysical technologies were developed in conjunction with nonphysical beings that nevertheless had some physical intelligence about the physical modus operandi of the physical world. Many inspirational ideas are not necessarily the products or owned possessions of the mind that expressed them, but the mind that expressed them was simply the medium for other intelligences and other minds, and frequently, hence, you have the common metaphysical concept of moving yourself aside and letting go and letting God. Of course, human beings do not know who God is, but nevertheless it is a convenient conceptual way of saying, just letting go so that something higher, a supreme force (at least from a human perspective and probably, indeed, other perspectives as well) can take possession and use the mind as an instrument to produce works of art that may, in fact, give birth to new civilizations, new technologies and new liberations not conceivable from the common human point of view.

So, just as you are alien intelligences, souls focused and stepped down in energy into a physical body to learn and to create, and simply to be, and experience levels of fulfillment that are conceivable and possible that at one time were not conceivable and possible, excepting due to the fantastic, immensely rich textures of the creative potencies and power of Spirit, are new realities constantly birthed by the act of creation and deviation from strict stereotyped norms of consciousness. This goes also too for genetic forms as well. On your very planet there have been men with beaks and bills, men with webbed feet, men with several arms and legs. Some walked direct and some did not. They all one thing in common, though, they shared the same Spirit and the same mind. And mankind is not much different than the animal species that he consumes for breakfast, yet it is repulsive to a man to consume another man, lest he be perhaps a savage in another part of the world, perhaps a distant part of the world.

So there are beings, alien beings, just as yourselves, that are members of a colony of consciousness on the planet Earth and of course on other planets as well. I am very familiar, just as you are, on different levels of consciousness, of other galaxial civilizations and races. You may give them names. Some beings are colonies of consciousness that may live in the southern quarter of the universe, the one that your planetary system takes up part of. There are twelve universes surrounding your universe, and each universe beams energy into your universe through a series of star systems. Is that anything unusual? Well of course not, to you. Not to individuals of such advanced psychological versatility and dexterity as yourselves, but to the average human being in the stereotyped imprisoned state of entrancement--what you call normal conscious focus--such ideas would be preposterous and they would need proof that other such beings exist, but since proof is all created by consensual imagination, they may never find it. They are seeking in the wrong places. Civilization must occur within themselves before there can ever be external evidence.

And so there are indeed other star systems, of which the star system you have chosen at this time is in a certain street of the universe with a certain address, and there are other star systems that, from your location, would either be due north or due south, directly above or directly below, but there are also star systems within star systems, within star systems, different galaxies permeating your galaxy, distinct and separate, yet entwined. Interdependent, co-dependent, yet independent, and what occurs in those probable realities with other you's and other probable forms affects the probable form you are existing in now that seems to be so stable and real. When you look in the mirror, your senses present an image that is a reconstruction from memory. Your unconscious mind tries to assimilate the new sensory evidence, according to memory patterns so that you are not shocked to realize you are treated very differently than the day before. But you will not realize this. You may still have the same mole or pimple or blackhead that you had the day before, but it is a reconstruction from memory. So the physical body is a product of memory in a true sense, for you are simply molecular, atomic, and numeronic clouds of radiation with dust particles. That is all the physical body is. But that is not what you see when your eyes are open. When your eyes are open, frequently as human beings you see the least of all, unless you should awaken early in the morning after a deep sleep to find your wife slumbering heavily beside you, to see another civilization dangling outside of your window.

Well, this is occurring all the time. Sometimes you do not perceive them because you are not in the right state of the mind. Many great authors and poets and scientists have utilized recreational substances to see things. Sometimes what they see is a projection of the fantasies of their own deep dark uninvestigated unconscious and sometimes what they see has nothing to do with themselves, excepting as a perceptual point of view. In other words, what they see may indeed be a literal reality. So, obviously there are beings within you and guides within you as well as without you, but from my perspective within and without doesn't make a lot of sense, because I do not exist on a level of vibration where I am within or without anything. I am simultaneously within and without, but still these are aspects of vocabulary interpretations of sensory experience that do not apply to my dimension.

You have a three dimensional reality that is the illusion, but you actually exist within a twelve dimensional reality. Twelve dimensional reality. To become a master, then you must operate in twelve realities simultaneously with a certain degree of efficiency, but this must take place a certain stage at a time, and hence, you know such things about the twelve layers of the genes and the chromosomes. The genes and the chromosomes are psychic designs of etheric force designed to preserve evolutionary knowledge of the race and the species, but the genes are not set and unalterable. Beings from outside of your system can manipulate the gene, as they did to form the human race, as you did to form the human race. But there are various versions of that very same race, many now extinct or simply having moved down to other levels of reality. Nevertheless, to your social scientists, all of this would be a grand mass hallucination, this metaphysical stuff, because they cannot see it. But they cannot see because they do not want to see. They do not want to see because seeing would mean they would blow apart their value system, and then they would not be in power in their own mind or ego-run personalities.

As you have multiple selves and multiple minds and multiple personalities, so you also have multiple egos, past lives, simultaneous lives and future lives, all occurring at the same time except for each level is just that--occurring on a different level of vibration. But the way your mind strings sensory evidence together, you seem to have a past and a present and a future, but actually you may have the future occurring before the past, before the present, and this way of writing reality is just as official, is it not, as the old fashioned, predictable, mythic way--I said mythic way--that human beings interpret reality. Past, present, future, it would be as if the past somehow created the present, somehow created the future, but this is all simply an irrelevant point of view. Just that, a point of view. You all have them and they serve you for a time, but they are disposable, thank goodness. Indeed they are disposable, because then you can arrange different points of view.

So as you have physical bodies, you also have nonphysical bodies, no doubt. The race at this time is working on developing the emotional and the mental body, so now it is emotional and mental skills that must be sought and cultivated before the physical body can be transformed. This usually takes many generations for this to occur. The human race in general, after the fall that occurred in the Piscean Age, became much less mental creatures and spiritual creatures and much more dense fleshy creatures preoccupied with sex, drugs and rock and roll. They were not really interested in exploring the corners of the universe, or if they wanted to experience another galaxial civilization or a UFO contact, they had to take a large hit of mushrooms or LSD. But you do not want these things. These things, these other beings and other realities are around you every moment of every day, even and especially when you are not interested in them. You can look so hard that you forever cause yourself to evade finding solutions. It is the right level of intensity that must exist, perhaps volcanic in stature, the breadth of which is unconceivable by the conscious mind.

So the concepts that are used to create the human condition, by popular standardized cultural myth called reality, are just that. They are plastic, collapsible and expandable blow up toys that human beings believe are real, but it is a game. It is a game that, indeed, can have a considerable amount of pain wrapped up within it, but you can learn how to live without that pain. But to do that you may have to process--I said process--very deliberately through the pain.

Because it is a habit of perception, structuring and making sense of personal and sociocultural reality. So obviously, as you exist, there are other beings that exist that you are very aware of, and allow yourselves to be aware of when it is politically appropriate. But what about those times when it is not politically appropriate to be aware of these other beings that were there all along and always will be there and always have been there and were there before the human stereotyped reality became the dominant patriarchal reality that rules the planet at this time, that is destroying the ecosystems on the planet at this time? An interesting question, but not an abusive question. Perhaps a confrontational question, but indeed a deadly needed question somebody should be asking, perhaps. Why turn to God only when in need, when God has been there all the while, supporting and carrying you through life? Well, God has servants and messengers just like your wealthy have servants and messengers, but only God's messengers and servants do their job for another kind of pay and another kind of allowance and for a different reason.

The universe operates on the principle, in your physical dimension and in any other dimension, on "as you give, so you receive." Though sometimes in other dimensions, you must receive first to give. Some of this principle also operates in the physical dimension. So there are obviously galaxies populated by beings of consciousness that possess quite a variety of forms.

A self, after all, is only a construction of energy, a vehicle, a puppet through which to operate. If you identify, however, too heavily, for a series of lives with a particular type of vehicle, then it becomes very difficult to dis-identify with the vehicle. Consciousness, though always having a vehicle, should shoot, basically, for disembodiment, meaning dis-identification from any particular form or envelope to exist in, because as living creatures that you are, you came from a nondefined condition, though with full individuality, of no form. Because form is destructible, it is not eternal in the same sense that pieces of soul are eternal. Soul obviously exists on another level of vibration and these levels are measurable and quantifiable, however, current medical and technological science does not have sufficiently sensitive equipment for an active communication to take place between planes very efficiently.

So what you experience in the shadow reality, which is your real reality, in the physical body socioculturally, are certain breakthroughs that occur for periods of time during certain very important developmental periods historically, wherein other beings, whether they be angels (which is a particular race of beings, though there are many races of angels, just as there are many races of man) or disembodied entities, spiritual beings of other types, quite a shock to the senses they would be if you could see them, just as I would be quite a shock to the senses. Beings take on forms that are pleasing to the senses so that they will be listened to, but their natural form could, by man's aesthetic preference, be perceived as quite grotesque. So they assume forms, not out of deception, but simply to be palatable, just that, to the palette, so they will be listened to.

God does not have the same prejudice about his forms as specific forms of consciousness have towards forms. God, above all beings, has no prejudice at all. The laws, however, in dealing with God, is that "Ye must evolve" and that may mean going from being a series of white races to a series of black races to a series of Oriental races, all spread out over several centuries or thousands of centuries in a particular ecosystem such as the planet Earth, or other beings that have no category or definition in the human world on the planet Earth, because humans cannot conceive it due to the level of brain development that you have to work with at the time, which indeed is a challenge that was chosen deliberately . . . the need to create a new type of brain, a particularly intricate and fascinating challenge indeed.

Most of the technological and societal advances have occurred in your world as of late, after the fall in the Piscean era, in the last hundred years. Rather remarkable, don't you think? We are talking about the mass distribution of knowledge, the abundance of higher education and the existence to the populations in general of technology and the ability to experience upward mobility, socioculturally and financially. But these changes occurred by workings taking place on the other side of life, the other side of the veil. There has always been a tremendous amount of human suffering since the Fall. Now there have been many falls, times of ignorance and desolation of spirit, where man separated itself from the experiment, from its Creator, and had to seek new ways to evolve.

You each have your own special connection, not only to Spirit, but to your guides as well, and you tend to attract like on all levels of life. So you will attract to you the guides that you need at the time, however there are guides that have assisted you through many lives. Indeed, many lives. And in between lives and sometimes during life in a physical form, you act as a guide as well. But the guide and the teacher must always be willing, indeed, to learn from the pupil. As above, so below, the laws are basically all the same, though the way they are expressed in any particular dimension varies considerably, from ecosystem to ecosystem, both in your planet and in other planetary chains as well. So indeed there are other beings, and some of these beings parade around in envelopes of nonphysical matter that, when interpreted by the physical brain, would appear in the form of a spaceship. That particular form, about the shape of an eye, in many instances, or the shape of large cigars, for instances, say, three or four miles across, carrying various forms of intelligent life in somewhat of a hibernating condition at times. One or two crew members for a century or two may be wide awake to tend to the other crew members and keep them alive, suspended in a type of animation so that the life functions can be continued almost indefinitely.

Some of these beings are physical beings and a great majority of these beings are not physical beings. Some of these beings communicate solely through mental telepathy. They do not have mouths. Mouths were very primitive instruments in the old days for this particular species. They may have a tooth or two, some of them, but those more evolved in the generations of that particular species simply have a slit in the place where a mouth used to be. It serves no function any longer, you understand. The feet of some of these species obviously no longer possess toes, but more a foot along the shape of an elephant's foot. They find this very aesthetic and to their liking, but then they have had centuries and centuries to adjust to such physiological changes, you understand. There, of course, are galaxies that have become extinct or been absorbed by black holes, and certain civilizations have had to flee those galaxies to find other galaxial systems to exist in.

Suffice it to say that all of the life forms on your planet are not native to your planet, but your planet is somewhat like a universal zoo, in many ways. You should not be surprised, after all, I hear frequently from the psychic that all men are animals.

As I have stated many times, many of the beings in your myths and legends are prototypes and references to beings that actually existed, albeit the concept of such beings has been considerably elaborated upon by the human imagination. Nevertheless, there have been many versions of life on the planet that you call Earth and on the sister planet that once occupied the position of where your Earth currently lies in its celestial orbit. The planet itself lies the approximate correct distance from a solar source, that star called The Sun, for life to exist at the temperatures that your bodies prefer to exist at. There were, of course, times when your Earth was considerably warmer than it is today, and before the moisture escaped from your atmosphere, the oceans and the waters were much more plentiful upon your planet. And there were great--by your standards--rather large semi-amphibious mammals and aquatic creatures, reptiles also, some of the skeletons of which have been located accidentally in various parts of the world during certain archaeological digs as well. But these remains are by no means the extent or the limit of the type and size of creature that once existed on your physical planet. Again, some of these beings continue to exist, however, simply in a different dimension. And if the favorable climatic conditions were provided on your planet once again, they would re-evolve in a matter, probably, of a few thousand years. This, because consciousness tends to like to use prototypes it has used before to build upon. So rather than starting something absolutely new, it tries a tried and true pattern that worked once before, and tends (with some exception) to elaborate upon that strategy.

In the same sense, then, there have also been, again, kingdoms of amphibious men. Some were mammals, some were somewhere in a stage of development between mammals and amphibians. In a sense, there was a series, not too long ago in your world, I believe in your time in the 50's. "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" is just such a concept of just the type of man that once inhabited various, in fact, lagoons and waters upon your planet, only the bones were composed of cartilage and disintegrated very easily, so there is little remaining. What would remain would be mistaken for bird bones, for instance, or other reptilian effigies after this nature. Much of mankind's current understanding of various species' histological past in your world is construed by the imagination more so than reality. The imagination, however, itself also has tremendous limits upon it, in that mankind is not sufficiently daring in their imagination to capture the rather creative fluency of cosmic mind in erecting various forms to exist within its inhabitable systems that it erects not only in your galaxy but in other galaxies as well. A life form too different from human conception and human knowledge would not be allowed or permitted to exist because it would violate the comfort zones of the man species in general.

But then, you have some men who are species of explorers that search out those very things that are quite different. However, most of these men would not be given very much scientific plausibility in their observations. By their very nature, their eccentricity, they would be open to experiencing alternative reality and life forms, even within your reality, not seen by many in your world. They are open to such experiences and hence they may have a handful or a lifetime full of experiences that your medical technologies and your sciences would sternly seek to invalidate. What you are capable of allowing to happen in your reality, what you truly believe can happen in your reality, can happen in your reality. On the other hand, if you have bipolar beliefs, positive and negative beliefs about any subject, these positive and negative beliefs would tend to cancel out the potency of a positive belief, neutralizing the results and hence you would have a reality not populated by a particular series of choices in life.

We are referring here to particular systemic and anti-systemic laws that operate within the human mind, that control perception. One hundred human beings are in a room witnessing an opera. Each human being focuses on a different part of the opera. Some fidget with their feet and stare at the stage, others stare at the opera singers and others hear the voice of the opera singers, but not one person is experiencing the same opera. But still, there is a consensus that there are so many people in the opera, a certain language is used to sing the opera in, whether or not one understands it, a certain range of voice and voice pitch is used, the opera lasts a certain length of time, according to consensual time clock concepts, and it is taking place in a certain auditorium somewhere. But beyond these agreements, every being is experiencing a very different opera. Were it not for telepathy operating, the need for verbal communications and biological sign language or body language used by mankind to communicate, there would be no consensus on the phenomenon.

So mankind has to have these laws of agreement in order to have a society and a reality, to have a community that mankind currently possesses today. But it is an agreed upon acceptance of reality that those at certain stages of evolution can manipulate to their own advantage and, better yet, to the advantage of the species as well. There are, then, within the spectrum of human reality, also those beings who are especially endowed with potencies of personality, inspiration, creativity, twists of characteristics, so to speak, that possess their unfair share, if such a condition can be said to exist, of talent and capacity. Such entities would be far ahead of their time, but just as frequently such entities are usually crucified by the very masses they inspired. It is much the characteristics that attract you to a mate. What once attracted you to a mate usually becomes the problem area in the relationship and may, in fact, eventually end the relationship, for what many humans are seeking is an aspect of themselves in another, rather than trying to cultivate this within themselves and be whole and complete within themselves.

So not only do you populate your universe, as you are well aware, it is self evident I believe, but other beings, indeed, populate your universe as well, and as I have said there is galaxy within galaxy within galaxy. Now there is a particular hierarchical cosmic order to this, but it is not the usual interpretation projected upon the natural order that has been made popular by your metaphysical scientists and by various channelers and mediums. Though their minds do the best their minds are capable of doing in explaining these realities, there is plenty of room for creative elaboration that deviates from the accuracy of fact. But I must also mention there is science fact and then there is also science fiction fact, and the myth of man is frequently much more valid and real than the reality of man, because the reality is derived from a set of beliefs that is, in its own stage of development, a precursor to reality, which is myth. So what is once not reality may, at a later date--a few minutes, a few days, months or years or centuries--go from being a nonreality to a reality. So who is to say, in the human spectrum, what is and what is not possible?

Every day you wake up and you prognosticate within your mind, you predict what events will more than likely be occurring within your day. You may have a vague idea of what you will eat and consume for food, what nutritional supplements you may or may not take, whether or not you will have sex, any number of different activities may pass through the mind. But this prognostication in its own sense, whether or not it is fulfilled that day, becomes, in its own right, a future prediction. The way that you pattern information mentally creates tomorrows. Sometimes this is done very unconsciously, but you basically co-create an experience with your fellow man through the consensual process that I have been discussing and have discussed many times. If you open your minds to include the possibility, further open your minds, that is, to include the possibility that there are other life forms around you and that you can live in harmony with these life forms and even improve your life, and their life with your contribution, then you can make this a working concept for you in your existence deliberately.

On the other hand, you can also expect societal and cultural indifference and even hostility if you openly display an affection and a bonding with beliefs that are countercultural beliefs. This is true in any society. Nevertheless, obviously, there are entities all around you all the time. On the surface of your skin and even in the bone, in the blood, there are millions of entities called microorganisms. Most of these are basically harmless. Your cells, your immune system and your psychochemical system keep these entities under control, but you do not usually have a conscious conversation with these entities.

In many of my communications, I have made reference to the fact that you can learn to communicate with your body organs to get the body to do and perform a certain set of functions that, if you did not communicate with it in this particular way, it would not perform. In the same way, you can, of course, obviously, talk to your mind and get it to open up. You simply will for an opening to occur, and that willpower, that intentionality, when translated into verbiage, audible sounds you call language that have meaning, intensifies the willpower and your spoken or written word, like an incantation, forms worlds that you can see, but also worlds that you cannot see. I do not exist close to your dimension, though I am infinitely familiar with it. I must travel a long way in a no-time zone arena to get to this vehicle to communicate to your world. It is a simultaneous reaching out by the medium and a simultaneous reaching down or up--neither term really makes sense from my dimension--it is a simultaneous reaching and bonding, nevertheless. In the same sense, with the depth that you are capable of reaching inward is to the extent that you can sense outwardly.

So there are various degrees of depth cognition and depth perception, H.S.P., Higher Sense Perception, or E.S.P., Extrasensory Perception or E.S.P., Clause Two, Extended Sensory Perception. There are many levels and types of perception. One basic technique is simply to take a bag and fill it with colored cloth, and in your mind, concentrate on your fingertips and either feel or sense the colors in the bag, and to practice this exercise regularly, say once or twice a week for two or three years. To cement a psychic skill, it will always take more time than one may be willing to permit. It took you a number of years to master your language, for instance. It takes a weight lifter a number of years to obtain the body that they want, in a safe way. Now they can speed up the process using unnatural steroids, but that frequently will result in tumors, cancer, liver or kidney damage. You do not want these things. Rather, it is important that you simply take the necessary time.

But it all begins with the premise and the intent to open up areas of the mind. Sometimes it is best if this is done without a particular result in the imagination to attain, but simply the willing of an opening and an emptying of the contents of the mind. There will always be a tendency to attract beings that tend to validate what one believes. Now this is not always the case. However, it happens frequently enough in my experience, it is very important sometimes not to have any expectations. Sometimes the unconscious will create evidence to validate unconscious beliefs that it already possesses, and this is one reality that one must be aware of in psychical and spiritual development. Of course, your entire life, in certain respects, is the result of your unconscious ideas about things being converted into realities, and you must deal with those realities because you are supposed to become aware of what you believe. This is not always the way it works, but it is frequently the way it works, with enough frequency, in fact, that it is alarming.

So obviously there are beings within you and beings without you, with various levels of intelligence, some beings markedly more intelligent than yourselves as you decide to be. But only you set the limit on that intelligence and the use of that intelligence. You have certain advantage over other beings in that you can decide how far, for whatever reason, you are willing to go. Just as I am an alien being communicating through a mediumistic channel, so are you alien beings. You do not always acknowledge this reality, because for many centuries, those who were in contact with that reality were persecuted, and there is always the fear in the human mind instinctually that history will repeat itself. If I am worried to be real and be the genius that I naturally am, then I must be willing to pay the consequences too. In many cases, it is so. On the other hand, fortunately, you have all chosen to re-enter the physical world and have lives at a very special time. A time, indeed, an extremely potent and powerful life changing time, a time the changing of the paradoxes is at hand as your system, your planet passes through the asteroid belt once again, approximately every two thousand years, that bespeaks the coming of a new age. That is happening now.

This always occurs when there are comets and strings of asteroids also hitting the planet Jupiter, Jupiter being one of the planetary forces in your system that controls a higher fate. One of the larger planets with a stronger magnetic force field that reaches out and embraces your planet. Always then, will astrological phenomena follow social trends and private life trends as well, but always according to what you truly believe is possible for you. Hence, a good deal of my work is in assisting individuals in accessing their beliefs, is it not? Beliefs control perception. Beliefs control the way one senses and makes sense of evidence, and this in turn controls reaction, and the reaction that follows creates more evidence of a particular kind. How many individuals in your life have you run into that experience perpetual disaster after disaster after disaster, and how many times have you known, in this particular type of instance, that somehow they are responsible for these horrible disasters even though they may not be aware of the way this occurs.

We are all mutually pulling upon accumulated knowledge of the function of perception and its ability to enlighten us or to enslave us. A visualization that I often give my Earth friends is to visualize oneself in a black box, completely encased in a black box, and understand that is the limit of your consciousness, including all of your talents and abilities, your omissions and your blind spots, your skills and your potential skills. And with all of your might, in your imagination in your mental body, press your hands against the top of the box and your elbows against the side of the box and your back against the back of the box and your feet and your legs against the bottom of the box, and with all of your might, bust out of the box, and then note down in a notepad what impressions come to you after you do this, whatever they may be. And always you will find a common perception that has been trying to avail itself to you for a month will return again. And if you follow that perception and the string of ideas, it will lead you to someplace you have not been willing to go for some time, where an answer you have been seeking, for of course you possess all of the answers within yourself, for the human experience. The practicing of this particular exercise, and exercises of your own that resemble this exercise, for a thirty day period once a day, can work miracles in terms of changing one's life around.

But in changing one's life around, and making sense of life and fulfilling one's potentials there must be a particular willingness to confront the personally unconfrontable. There, of course, in any reality, is nothing that you cannot confront. As human beings have challenges that they must conquer, obstacle courses that they must pass through in their experience, privately and collectively, with all of the millions of souls incarnated at this time, so other races of beings that exist alongside your race, invisible beings, have their own challenges as well. Indeed, there are beings that take regular genetic samples of the plants, the mammals, the reptiles, the aquatic, amphibious creatures and the humans that exist on your planet. Some of these beings are so alien, that if they ever revealed themselves to the human species you would never recover, precisely because they are so physically grotesque according to your aesthetic standards, but also because they are composed of an energy that is deadly to your species, and so you cannot be exposed to them. It is like having to communicate with a loved one, however grotesque, who lives in a plastic bubble so they do not get germs and die. Well, these beings carry spores and germs on them that your nervous systems have never, ever encountered. If they ever stepped out of their suit, not only would they die, you would too. One germ could wipe out all life on your planet of mammals.

So you have to understand some of the complications involved in interplanetary communication. There are certain rules and regulations that have to be followed. Worse, unfortunately, 80% of this human race is an extremely superstitious and violent race. Indeed, they would create the illusion that they would like to befriend these creatures, only to want to capitalize on them--those that are not toxic to your species--and view them as a form of profit. And after they have served their purpose, rather than keeping them as friends, they would tend to want to dispose of them, much like they do in Hollywood with stars. Human beings can only treat other life forms according to the way that they treat themselves and those they love and "How do you treat yourself and those you love?" is a good question, probably, at this point in this discussion. The best state of mind to approach interdimensional communication with is from a state of unconditional openness and unconditional acceptance that whatever surfaces, no matter how beautiful or ugly, you choose not to emotionally react to, at least at the time. In this way you will not inhibit the telepathic communication, whether from a nonphysical entity or any number of entities on a number of dimensions.

There are twelve different levels of nonphysical telepathy. As I said, you live in a twelve dimensional reality, not a common concept in your world, but one that, again, after several thousand years of suppression by government and man's ignorance, is beginning to resurface because very important genetic mutations and changes are being induced in the species.

So there will be those of you who will decide to cooperate consciously, and then there will be others who will find it simply unbelievable, or intentionally for their own reasons decide to not cooperate with the way the human evolution is headed. Some very serious decisions have to be made, each according to one's own available level of cognition, intelligence and perception. But again, there are no limitations on your intelligence or your perception.

However, as human beings, while you are thinking of yourself as a human being, you are acutely uncomfortable knowing too much at once. When you give your relatives gifts for Christmas in a box, you probably intend for them to be surprised. You would have to remake several different traditions that you consider valuable to the species at this time. If your parents know what you are up to, as a child, without having to spy on you with the physical senses, that can invalidate a sense of security and privacy that children need. If your children know what you as parents are up to when you are in private, that could inhibit your natural spontaneous sexual expression, depending on your conditioning, for instance. So there are several popular social rules and regulations that would have to be changed.

Soon, not too long in the distant future, there will be entire races of human beings that communicate consciously telepathically. It will not be a simple issue of a mother knowing her child fell down and hurt her knee at school without having to receive a phone call from the school nurse,. It will be much more specific than this, in that these children from these families, in a public school, will know the past, present and future of all of the other children that are not psychic. There are different abuses that can occur when children have these unfair advantages, obviously. First of all, the children would simply scan the teacher's mind and never study. So the old method of learning does not apply. In the same sense, you have the capacity, as spiritual beings, to receive information in the same way from other so-called more advanced spiritual beings, but the ability to make sense of the information is another talent, indeed, much like learning to have to read and interpret Braille. You understand the analogy here. When was the last time you had somebody try to speak to you in a language you are not familiar with? Remember the feeling of trying to understand what was being said? Your mind ran through many different versions of what could be being intended here. That is the attitude you must have when you go into meditation to communicate telepathically, the attitude, basically, of nonprejudiced interpretation and perception. If this can be mastered, then relatively high level telepathic capacities can be achieved by anyone who is serious in pursuing this.

Oddly, in many underdeveloped countries, I have noticed over the centuries, that those who sit in idle work for hours are frequently off viewing other realities. Their wife or their husband may call them for hours on end looking for them and they will not hear because they are simply preoccupied with other realities. Hands that are busy doing repetitive tasks over and over that do not require conscious thought are one of the best means for drifting away consciously from the body and having conscious experiences. On the other hand, if you experience shocking phenomena--which, too, is not unusual in this mental traveling--it is not unusual to forget the whole episode as a means of protection. Your egos will censor the memories of such experiences. What you remember in the dreamscape will give some indication, after waking, of how open your egos are becoming to remembering solicited and unsolicited holistic psychic material through telepathy or out of the body experience. If you wish to communicate with these entities more directly, of nonphysical origin, then you have to become more comfortable with being out of the body--that is, if you want to travel into their dimensions, as certain of my acquaintances in the flesh, indeed, wish to do.

Now, there are always strong fears in the human being of being possessed by unwanted forces. It is a possibility, it is a rare occurrence, yet still it does occur. If an individual has latent psychiatric syndromes that have not been diagnosed, sometimes they can have a break, and during this period of psychotic episode, either one of their own latent personalities may take over, doing and performing things the person in their normal state of mind would never do, or indeed in some cases, another being that is nonphysical may take over as well, but you have to understand this is a relatively rare phenomenon. If one approaches these developmental techniques with the right frame of mind, one is virtually failsafe at this particular type of phenomenon. Purchasing or manufacturing a private ring or necklace or a particular meditation procedure designed to shield and protect you before you enter into such meditations or ritualistic practices is generally a good idea. But taking fear into the experience is not a good idea, because you will tend to experience the very things you fear, when you get out of the body.
