"One must not confuse or confound spiritual development and study with
religion, in its currently understood sense of that term. But as society
evolves and as the individuals that compose that society evolve as well, over
the next few generations, there is the potential that humanity will come to
the understanding and the application of the following: that science and
religion, in terms of human need fulfillment, and a God of the species, in
terms of motivation, orientation, and development—a directive so to
speak—will mean that religion and science will be one and the same, and that
ethics and law will also be one and the same. Hence, legal practices in all
countries will mirror scientific realities and scientific realities will
mirror legal practices. Medical practices, in themselves, will also mirror
scientific realities, where both the biophysiological (the organic) structure
of the human is taken into account with an equal fervor as the
mental/spiritualogical development of the human as an individual. As one becomes more and more evolved, one begins to serve the higher way, and begins to value and desire what the higher desires. This evidently means going through a growth process of gradually exorcizing and giving up personal addiction to certain types of personal pursuits and identity. The concepts about selflessness apply to some extent, but the ultimate selfishness is indeed the giving up of self so one's true self can be attained, and this means disregarding and breaking the bonds from old conceptions of what one is. This can also appear very threatening, but also liberational and enlightening to any being. Great excitement is often associated with the unknown, and great fear as well, and a certain level of excitement and fear is felt as pleasurable by the system, but there are certain natural psychological and physiological, psychochemical tolerance thresholds involved in all such processes, wherein one will reach a satiation point." |
